Class Description:
This class focuses on developing body awareness, control, and fluidity within your salsa basics. We’ll take a deep dive into the mechanics behind movement — exploring how each part of the body contributes to balance, rhythm, and expression.
Starting from the ground up, we’ll work through a full technical breakdown using isolations and movement exercises designed to connect your body from bottom to top. You’ll learn how to apply these techniques directly to your basic steps and progressively layer them onto variations for Salsa on 2.
